Andy Wall entered the business through electronics and video engineering. Andy had been running his own video production business for 15 years before teaming up with Matthew Titterton to form AdVision TV. He has freelance credits with many companies including Sky TV, Christian Aid, Daihatsu, Pfizer. He has recently also worked as Technical Manager and 'in house editor' at a new digital interactive broadcast TV station.

Matthew Titterton has experience as studio director for Carlton Kids at the famous Ealing Film Studios, and studio director and in house editor for CITV in Nottingham. Educated at Ravensbourne School of Broadcasting he is also regularly invited back to supply technical and directorial support for the college's full time courses and popular short course unit. He has held staff positions as a News ENG Camera Operator, Post Production Manager and Multi Camera Studio Director.
