Timed to coincide with the 2012 London Olympics, ”China to Hackney” was a celebration of Chinese culture at the Hackney Empire, London, featuring young Chinese singing sensation Dou Dou and, in a separate event, celebrated Chinese diva Lv Wei performing with the London Philharmonia Orchestra.
